Lenovo K6 Power: Redmi Note 4 Rival? Best Smartphone under 10k?

Lenovo has finally made its choice here, to succeed or survive. The smartphone manufacturer has released Lenovo K6 Power, Siege weapon against the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. With pretty good specs and competitive pricing , phone is in the market without any hazzles of flash sale.Lets see if the phone stands off against mighty Xiaomian (Redmi Note 4).

I have been using this smartphone for over 3 weeks and here is my honest review on the device.

Lenovo K6 power has its own power to boast. K6 power holds a 5.0 inch full HD display. display has a Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection. You can find many stress test videos on youtube. The rear of the phone composes a mix of metal and plastic built. The front of the panel has three capacitive buttons, but are not backlit, which can be a small dealbreaker for some.

Coming into the technical specs, we have a Snapdragon 430 octacore chipset clocked at 1.4Ghz. There are two versions of this smartphone, a 3 GB/ 32 GB version and 4 GB /64 GB version. Personally i had a 3GB version and i usually get around 1 GB of free ram on usual usage, which is okay. To be honest it is not the best RAM management i have seen on budget smartphone.
The Snapdragon 430 does perform good but i do come across occasional studders while performing intensive tasks. 430 is surely down to 625 in terms of performance.

Camera is a department i really want to comment on. By many reviewers it has been said to click decent pictures, way better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Lenovo K6 Power comes with 13MP rear camera with slow video capture capablities, and 8MP front facing camera. I did really like the front camera as it could take crisp images(at least when seen on camera display). Rear camera was pretty overrated by reviewers. Pictures taken on the phone was just okay, was clear but not the best. I should say Redmi Note 3 could take better images than this.

Battery is the most hyped feature.With 4000 mAH lithium ion non removable battery, It stands out of the group. I have tested the backup personally and could juice out 2.5 days of minimal usage, 1.5 days of average use with wifi, 4g on ,just over 1 day of battery on wifi hotspot, average gaming and very long screen on time.It is humongous to notice such battery life for a budget smartphone.

Some extra thing which is worth mentioning is:
The K6 Power has one of the best sounding speakers i have ever heard.I could produce crisp and clear music with all the trebles in position. It did have adequate bass, not the extreme. I am excited to have a phone with such beautiful sounding speakers(ps:i am a music lover especially melody).
The flash on the phone is extremely bright that i very commonly use it as flashlight for long hours.

K6 power has an inbuilt feature replacing parallel space, enabling user to have two accounts of applications like Watsapp, Facebook, Uber etc.
Other features include VRMode display, double tap wakeup, quick snap with volume button etc. Apps like Shareit, Evernote etc comes preinstalled.

Summing up the content, I believe lenovo has a pretty good offer for their customers. It will always be a priority for customers interested in smaller display, bigger battery and awesome sound. But Redmi Note 4 has surely much more to offer than this smartphone.The tyranny of Xiaomi prevails here...
