Galaxy Unpacked: Unveiling the Samsung Galaxy Note 7!!

The long list of rumours will be finalised today and let’s have a look at the currently rumoured specifications of the Note 7. Even though some details of the new Note have been confirmed not all were known, well we get to know it Today. 

The highly rumoured Note 7 will have an Iris Scanner and a Dual Edged display. Samsung tipped they were only going to release the dual edged variant and no flat screen ones. It is also IP68 certified dust and water resistant, first of its kind in the Note series.

As for the expected specifications, we are looking at 5.7 inch QHD Super Amoled Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with 4 GB of RAM and will be available in 3 storage sizes – 64 GB, 128 GB and the 256 GB variants. Most likely to be run on Android 6.0.1 will likely be the first to get the taste of Android N (Maybe Not!). The Note 7 is expected to be shipped with either the Exynos 8893 SoC or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC based on different regions.

It should sport the 12 MP Dual Pixel camera at the back and a 5 MP which should perform on par with its sister devices the S7/S7 edge. With the USB type C, Samsung will be implementing it for the first time on any  of their phones, and they might not ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack like Apple rumoured Next Iphone.

The colour variants must include the Black Onyx, Titanium Silver and the Gold variants. Well the Note 7 will be available in India from August 11 and we will get to know about the pricing at the Galaxy Unpacked Event.
